N.J. Admin. Code § 13:20-1.7 - Medical exemption certificate; exhibition to police
(a) The medical exemption certificate shall be in the possession of the driver or operator at all times when he or
she is in charge of the motor vehicle on the highways of this State.
(b) The driver or operator shall
exhibit the medical exemption certificate when requested to do so by a police officer while in the performance of the duties of his or her
office.
