N.J. Admin. Code § 13:27-4A.6 - Waiver of continuing education requirements
(a) The Board may
waive all or part of the continuing education requirements on an individual
basis for reasons of hardship, such as severe illness, disability, active
service in the military, or other good cause.
(b) Any architect seeking a waiver of all or
part of the continuing education requirements shall apply to the Board in
writing prior to renewal of licensure and set forth with specificity the
reasons for requesting the waiver. The architect shall also provide such
additional information as the Board may reasonably request in support of the
request for waiver.
