N.J. Admin. Code § 13:30-4.7 - Provision of services
No dental procedure shall be performed in any dental clinics operated, conducted or maintained in this State pursuant to this subchapter except by licensed dentists or licensed dental hygienists in accordance with the provisions of 45:6-1 et seq. and this chapter.
