N.J. Admin. Code § 13:35-14.14 - Minimum content
(a) A licensed
genetic counselor shall include the following in all advertisements and
professional representations (other than an office entry sign), including
advertisements in a classified directory, business cards, and professional
stationery:
1. The name and license number of
at least one licensed genetic counselor working at the advertised practice
location; and
2. The street address
and telephone number of the practice.
(b) An offer for genetic counseling services
can be made only by a licensed genetic counselor or a person exempt from
licensing requirements pursuant to N.J.S.A. 45:37.117 and
N.J.A.C.
13:35-14.1.
