N.J. Admin. Code § 13:69E-1.31 - Records and reports for customer complaints
(a) Each
casino licensee shall maintain a complete record of all customer complaints
registered and repairs made with regard to each slot machine in the possession
of the licensee. A copy of such records shall be made available to authorized
employees of the Division, upon request.
(b) Whenever a patron disputes the outcome of
the play on an electronic gaming device, and the amount in dispute is $ 100.00
or greater and remains unresolved, the casino licensee shall disable such
electronic gaming device from additional play. Prior to reenabling the device
for play, the licensee shall capture a record of the device's game history
maintained pursuant to
N.J.A.C.
13:69E-1.28B(i) and retain
the record for a period of not less than one year. The record shall be made
available to the Division, upon request. The licensee shall also capture and
retain a photo of the game as displayed to the patron prior to returning the
game to play. Such photo shall be made available to the Division, upon
request.
