N.J. Admin. Code § 14:17-6.1 - Form and content of petitions
(a) All
petitions shall comply with the provisions of N.J.A.C. 14:17-4 to the extent
applicable; shall clearly and concisely state the facts and relief sought;
shall cite by appropriate reference the statutory provisions or other authority
under which the Office's action is sought; and, in addition, shall contain such
information or statements as are required by the provisions of the statute and
the applicable provisions of these rules, or such other rules by the Office
with the approval of the Board or orders adopted by the Board pertaining to
certain petitions, or as may be required by the Board or Office in a particular
proceeding.
(b) Special
requirements with respect to certain types of petitions are set forth in
N.J.A.C.
14:17-6.6 through 6.15 and 6.18 through
6.21.
(c) Petitions directed to
particular respondents shall conclude with a direction that the respondent
satisfy the prayer of the petition or file and serve an answer within 20 days
in accordance with these rules.
