N.J. Admin. Code § 14:17-6.12 - Petitions for reconsideration of assessment

(a) Petitions for reconsideration of the assessment levied in accordance with 48:5A-1 et seq., where applicable, shall conform to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 14:17-4, and 14:17-6.1 through 6.4, to the extent applicable, and shall in the body thereof, or the exhibits attached thereto, provide the following information:

1. A certified copy of a statement showing gross operating revenues derived from intrastate operations during the preceding calendar year;

2. Reasons why the petitioner feels the assessment is excessive, erroneous, unlawful or invalid.
