N.J. Admin. Code § 14:17-6.22 - Private aggregators
(a) A private
aggregator pursuant to N.J.S.A. 48:5A-64 (P.L. 2003 , c.
38 ), must be registered with the office prior to
entering into any contract with two or more municipalities for the purpose of
facilitating the joint action of those municipalities in granting municipal
consent for the provision of cable television service.
(b) To be considered registered, a private
aggregator must submit a completed version of the OCTV's private aggregator
registration form, thereby providing the required information including name,
address, telephone number, business or organization background, and business or
organization profile.
(c) A private
aggregator must provide a confirmation of no change or an update of the
required information to the office on or before March 15 of each calendar
year.
