N.J. Admin. Code § 14:18-14.3 - Public hearings
(a) The Office
shall schedule, within 45 days of receipt of the application for a system-wide
franchise, two public hearings in different geographical areas of the State, in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-16f.
(b) The system-wide franchise applicant shall
pay to the Office a fee of $ 500.00 per day of hearing or fraction thereof.
Checks shall be made payable, to "Treasurer, State of New Jersey."
