N.J. Admin. Code § 16:49-3.3 - Penalties

(a) The penalty for a violation of this chapter, including the Federal regulations adopted and incorporated by reference shall be as specified under 39:5B-25 et seq., as amended.

(b) Each violation shall be treated separately. When the violation is a continuing one, each day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
