N.J. Admin. Code § 16:53-1.5 - Interior
(a) The interior
shall be free of unnecessary projections. Body panels, seats, flooring, and all
other component parts of the body shall be installed in a workmanlike manner
and be free of sharp or jagged edges, protruding nails, screws, or similar
objects.
(b) The interior shall be
equipped with inner linings on the ceiling and side walls covering all body
bows and body supports.
