N.J. Admin. Code § 16:54-12.5 - Penalties for violations
(a) Any
person violating any provision of
6:1-1 et seq. or these rules shall be
subject to a penalty of up to $ 1,000 for each violation, in accordance with
6:1-59.1.
(b) Any person who operates, conducts, uses, or
permits others to operate, conduct, use or employ any aeronautical facility,
operation, or activity which is required to be licensed, without such license being
issued or renewed as required by this chapter shall be liable to a penalty of up to
$ 1,000 for each violation, in accordance with
6:1-59.1.
