N.J. Admin. Code § 17:16-84.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meaning, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
"Covered call options" mean call options, including index-based call options, sold on common stocks held in the pertinent portfolio, except that index-based call options may be sold and subsequently repurchased if substantially all of the underlying securities contained in the index correspond to securities eligible for investment by, and are actually held in the portfolio of, an eligible fund.
