N.J. Admin. Code § 18:18-11.3 - Release of liens; payment or deposit
(a) The Director,
upon application made to him or her and upon the payment of a fee of $ 25.00,
may release any property from the lien of any judgment or levy procured by him
or her, provided:
1. Payment is made to the
Director of such sum as he or she deems adequate consideration for such
release; or
2. A deposit is made
with the Director of such bond or other security as he or she deems adequate to
secure the payment of any judgment, the lien of which is sought to be
released.
