N.J. Admin. Code § 18:5-3.13 - Stamping machine inspection
(a) All stamping
machines and related equipment are subject to inspection and examination
regularly by the Director.
(b) If
the Director finds that any machine or equipment is not being used either in
accordance with the instructions of the manufacturer, or these rules, the
Director may suspend or revoke a licensed distributor's privilege to use a
stamping machine.
