N.J. Admin. Code § 2:76-9.1 - Scope
This subchapter sets forth the emergency conditions under which the State Agriculture Development Committee (SADC) may provide up to 100 percent funding for the purchase of development easements on farmland pursuant to 4:1C-31(c) -(e) as amended.
