N.J. Admin. Code § 3:1-15.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this subchapter, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

"Banking institution" means any State or Federally chartered commercial bank, savings bank or savings and loan association.
