N.J. Admin. Code § 3A:51-2.3 - Annual inspection
(a) The resource family parent shall permit
and ensure participation in:
1. An annual
inspection of the resource family home by the Division or Office of Licensing
representative to determine whether the resource family home complies with the
applicable provisions of this chapter; and
2. An annual interview with each resource
family parent, child in placement, and household member by the Division or
Office of Licensing representative.
