N.J. Admin. Code § 3A:53-6.2 - Driver requirements
(a) The driver of a
vehicle used for the purpose of transporting children shall possess a valid
driver's license for that type of vehicle.
(b) The driver shall not transport more
persons, including children and adults, than the capacity of the vehicle.
