N.J. Admin. Code § 5:14A-4.3 - Annual permit application
(a) Each year, 30
days before commencing operations and in each year thereafter or, for
continuously operated rides, 30 days prior to the beginning of a new year, the
owner shall apply for a permit on an application form furnished by the
Department.
(b) The application for
an annual permit shall include all information required pursuant to
N.J.A.C.
5:14A-2.10.
