N.J. Admin. Code § 5:62-2.5 - Re-examination

A candidate who has failed the examination shall not be required to reapply for certification if said candidate's application has not expired. The candidate shall wait a minimum of six months from the date he or she failed before he or she will be allowed to retake the examination.
