N.J. Admin. Code § 5:62-4.1 - Fee schedule

(a) The fee schedule is as follows:

1.	Application for certification	$ 45.00
2.	Re-application for certification	45.00
3.	Late renewal fee	300.00
4.	Certification fee (initial)	300.00
5.	Certification renewal fee (bi-annual)	300.00

(b) Applicants who desire to take a computer-based testing examination will be referred to an approved computer testing center.
