N.J. Admin. Code § 5:71-4.7 - Fees
(a) No application for a certification shall
be acted upon unless the application is accompanied by a fee as follows:
1. The initial application fee shall be $
91.00.
2. The three-year renewal
application fee shall be $ 91.00.
