N.J. Admin. Code § 6A:14-4.4 - Program criteria: speech-language services
(a)
Speech-language services provided to a student with a disability shall be in
addition to the regular instructional program and shall meet the following
criteria:
1. Speech-language services shall
be given individually or in groups.
i. The
size and composition of the group shall be determined by the IEP team in
accordance with the speech-language needs of the student(s) with educational
disabilities and shall not exceed five students.
2. Speech-language services shall be provided
by a certified speech-language specialist as defined in
N.J.A.C.
6A:14-1.3.
