N.J. Admin. Code § 6A:4-2.11 - Extensions of time for briefs
(a) With the
consent of all parties, requests for extensions of time for the filing of
briefs will be granted upon request.
(b) Requests for extensions of time without
the consent of all parties may be granted only by leave of the
Commissioner.
