N.J. Admin. Code § 7:2-2.19 - Indecency; immorality; profanity
(a)
Indecent exposure by any male or female of their genitals, pubic regions,
buttocks or the female breast(s) where they may be seen by others is
prohibited.
(b) Urinating or
defecating in any area other than places designated for such purposes is
prohibited.
(c) Addressing,
soliciting or attempting to make the acquaintance of another person for immoral
or indecent purposes is prohibited.
(d) The use of profanity and indecent
language within hearing of another person or persons is prohibited.
