N.J. Admin. Code § 7:2-2.21 - Horseback riding
(a) A person shall not
ride horseback on property under the jurisdiction of the State Park Service except
on designated trails and in areas where horseback riding is allowed.
(b) A horse shall not be hitched or confined in a
manner that may cause damage to any tree, shrub, improvement or structure.
