N.J. Admin. Code § 7:2-2.24 - Winter activities restrictions
(a)
Skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding, innertubing, tobogganing, dog
sledding and similar winter sports are prohibited on park roads, and in parking
areas open to motor vehicle traffic.
(b) Activities listed in (a) above may be
approved in areas specifically designated by the Superintendent or
designee.
(c) The towing of persons
on skis, sleds or other sliding devices by motor vehicle or snowmobile is
prohibited.
