N.J. Admin. Code § 7:7A-22.2 - USEPA review
The Department shall make available without restriction any information obtained or used in the enforcement of N.J.S.A. 13:9B-1 et seq., and/or N.J.S.A. 58:10A-1 et seq., and/or this chapter, to the USEPA upon request.
