N.J. Admin. Code § 8:135-3.1 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to identify:

1. The factors that State psychiatric facility staff are to use in evaluating the need for inter-hospital transfers among the facilities listed at N.J.A.C. 8:135-3.2; and

2. The procedures related to such transfers.
