N.J. Admin. Code § 8:33C-4.8 - Transfer of ownership
An MCHC that transfers ownership, voluntarily or involuntarily, shall submit a licensing application for review and approval by the Department, with a nonrefundable fee of $ 1,000 prior to any transfer of ownership.
