(a) This subchapter sets forth the manner in
which mobile response and stabilization management services shall be provided
to eligible children and youth up to 18 years of age and young adults 18 to 21
receiving services under the Department of Children and Families' Children's
System of Care, who are experiencing emotional or behavioral health challenges,
placing them at risk of losing their current living arrangement.
(b) Mobile response services provide
face-to-face response by a local response team 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,
by trained professional team member(s) who is/are qualified to assess,
stabilize the presenting crisis situation and respond to the child/youth or
young adult's needs.
