N.J. Admin. Code § 13:44C-7.3 - Business interest of unlicensed persons
(a) An
unlicensed individual may have a business interest in a corporation,
partnership, trust, association or other like organization that provides
audiology or speech-language pathology services or both, if the provision of
direct clinical services is done by licensed audiologists or speech-language
pathologists, as appropriate. Nothing in this section shall be construed to
mean that such unlicensed person may provide direct clinical
services.
(b) Such unlicensed
person shall file a statement with the director on a form approved by the
director.
