N.J. Admin. Code § 13:69C-4.2 - Financial stability
(a)
Each casino licensee or applicant shall establish its financial stability by
clear and convincing evidence in accordance with
5:12-84(a) and
this subchapter.
(b) The Division
and, where applicable, the Commission may consider any relevant evidence of
financial stability; provided, however, it is presumed that a casino licensee
or applicant shall be considered to be financially stable if it establishes by
clear and convincing evidence that it meets each of the standards set forth in
N.J.S.A. 5:12-84a(1) through (5).
