CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 70, Parole Matters, was originally codified in Title 10, was adopted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2A:168A-1 et seq. and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. This chapter was recodified from Title 10 to Title 10A without change on November 20, 1977. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4-123.6, amendments were filed and became eff. 3/15/1978, as R.1978 d.97. See: 10 N.J.R. 154(d). Amendments to N.J.A.C. 10A:70-2.5b ecame eff. 9/15/1978 but did not apply to Board matters conducted prior to March 15, 1978. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4-123.48(d), this chapter, except N.J.A.C. 10A:70-1.11 and Subchapter 8, Certificate of Good Conduct, was repealed by R.1980 d.359, effective 8/7/1980. Amendments to N.J.A.C. 10A:70-1.11w ere adopted effective 8/7/1980 as R.1980 d.359. See: 12 N.J.R. 420(b), 12 N.J.R. 538(a). N.J.A.C. 10A:70-1.11e xpired on 10/21/1980.
