CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 47D, Commodities in Package Form; Weights and Measures, was originally filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. Chapter 47D was repealed and replaced by new rules at Chapter 47K, by R.1990 d.468, effective 9/17/1990. See: 22 New Jersey Register 1440(a), 22 New Jersey Register 2982(b).
