CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
All provisions of Chapter 15, County Operations, were adopted pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 27:13-1 to 27:13-41, N.J.S.A. 27:14-1 to N.J.S.A. 27:14-49, and N.J.S.A. 52:27B-17 and were filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969.
Chapter 15 was repealed by R.1989 d.367, effective 7/17/1989. See: 21 New Jersey Register 1282(a), 21 New Jersey Register 2050(a).
