This Chapter was originally entitled "Lotteries" and contained rules pertaining to specific games of the New Jersey State Lottery. Many of the rules were maintained and recodified as part of Chapter 20. Those not recodified were allowed to expire May 26, 1983, R.1983 d.472. See: 15 New Jersey Register 1361(a), 15 New Jersey Register 1871(e).
