CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 11, Unincorporated Business Tax, was filed and became effective prior to 9/1/1969. The Unincorporated Business Tax, formerly authorized by N.J.S.A. 54:11B-1 through 54-11B-23, was repealed by P.L. 1976, c.80, ยง 1, effective 1/1/1977. Chapter 11 was repealed by R.1996 d.381, effective 8/5/1996. See: 28 New Jersey Register 2516(c), 28 New Jersey Register 3810(d).
