CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Unless otherwise expressly noted, all provisions of Chapter 13, Administrative Rules and Regulations (New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority), were adopted by the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority pursuant to authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 18A:72A-5 and were filed and became effective 8/21/1970 as R.1970 d.100 (Exempt, Practice Rule). See: 2 N.J.R. 73(a).
Unless otherwise expressly noted, all provisions of Subchapter 2, Debarment, Suspension and Disqualification of Contractors, were adopted pursuant to authority of Executive Order No. 34(1976) and were filed as R.1976 d.332, effective 10/19/1976. See: 8 N.J.R. 514(c).
Chapter 13, Administrative Rules and Regulations (New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority), expired on 7/1/2006.
