CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 7, Department of Environmental Protection Emergency Water Supply Allocation Plan Cases, was adopted as Emergency New Rule, R.1985 d.347, effective June 11, 1985 (to expire August 12, 1985). Chapter 7, Department of Environmental Protection Emergency Water Supply Allocation Plan Cases, was repealed and Chapter 7, Department of Environmental Protection Emergency Water Supply Allocation Plan Cases, was adopted as new rules by R.1987 d.200, effective May 4, 1987 (operative July 1, 1987).
