Chapter 132, Court Actions and Procedures, was adopted as R.1981 d.434, effective November 16, 1981. See: 13 N.J.R. 595(b), 13 N.J.R. 846(c). Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 132, Court Actions and Procedures, expired on November 16, 1986.
