CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 102, Tenure; Teachers and Other Certified Professional Educators, was adopted as new rules by R.2005 d.11, effective January 3, 2005. See: 36 N.J.R. 2178(a), 37 N.J.R. 86(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1d, the expiration date of Chapter 102, Tenure; Teachers and Other Certified Professional Educators, was extended by gubernatorial directive from January 3, 2010 to April 3, 2010. See: 42 N.J.R. 550(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 1(2010), the chapter expiration date was extended from April 3, 2010 until the completion of the review of administrative regulations and rules by the Red Tape Review Group, and until such time as the extended regulation or rule was readopted pursuant to the Adminstrative Procedure Act, N.J.S.A. 52:14B-1 et seq.
