Chapter 1E, Department of Law and Public Safety Rules, was readopted as R.2014 d.166, effective 10/7/2014. As a part of R.2014 d.166, Subchapter 2, Government Records, was adopted as new rules, effective 11/3/2014. See: 46 N.J.R. 751(a), 46 N.J.R. 2160(a).
In accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:14B-5.1, Chapter 1E, Department of Law and Public Safety Rules, was scheduled to expire on 10/7/2021. Pursuant to Executive Order Nos. 127 (2020) and 244 (2021) and P.L. 2021, c. 103, any chapter of the New Jersey Administrative Code that would otherwise have expired during the Public Health Emergency originally declared in Executive Order No. 103 (2020) is extended through January 1, 2022.
