Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 25A, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Standards, was readopted as R.1993 d.276, effective May 13, 1993. See: 25 N.J.R. 1479(a), 25 N.J.R. 2496(a).

Chapter 25A, Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Standards, was readopted as R.2016 d.102, effective July 26, 2016. As a part of R.2016 d.102, Subchapter 1, General Provisions, was renamed Purpose and Scope; and Subchapter 2, Vegetative and Engineering Standards, was repealed, and Subchapter 2, Standards, was adopted as new rules, effective September 6, 2016.
