Chapter 48, Route Location Approval, was adopted by the Commissioner of Transportation, pursuant to authority delegated at N.J.S.A. 27:7-66, and was filed and became effective prior to September 1, 1969. Chapter 48 was repealed by R.1990 d.212, effective April 16, 1990. See: 22 New Jersey Register 621(b), 22 New Jersey Register 1271(a).
