CHAPTER HISTORICAL NOTE:
Chapter 24, 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System, was originally codified in Title 13 as Chapter 81, 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System. Chapter 81 was adopted as R.1990 d.392, effective 8/6/1990. See: 22 N.J.R. 1234(a), 22 N.J.R. 2332(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 81, 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System, was readopted as R.1995 d.478, effective 8/3/1995. See: 27 N.J.R. 2539(a), 27 N.J.R. 3376(a).
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 66(1978), Chapter 81, 9-1-1 Emergency Telephone System, was readopted as R.2000 d.350, effective 7/31/2000, and was recodified to N.J.A.C. 17:24, effective 8/21/2000.
