Chapter 133G, Client Information, expired on 9/4/2006, and was adopted as new rules by R.2007 d.157, effective 5/21/2007. As part of R.2007 d.157, Subchapter 4, Disclosure of Information to the Media and Public About Child Fatalities and Near Fatalities, was renamed Disclosure of Information to the Media and Public About a Child Fatality or Near Fatality, effective 5/21/2007.
