repeal Chapter 30 were filed and became effective on

except for N.J.A.C. 8:30-14 which was transferred and recodified as N.J.A.C.
8:39-27. Chapter 30, Rules Implementing the Health Care Professional
Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was adopted as new rules by

Chapter 30, Rules Implementing the Health Care
Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was readopted with
technical changes, effective 3/25/2024. As a part of the readoption with
technical changes, Subchapter 1, Rules Implementing the Health Care Prfessional
Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act, was renamed Rules Implementing
the Health Care Professional Responsibility and Reporting Enhancement Act,
