N.M. Admin. Code § 19.30.17.9 - RULEMAKING NOTICE
A. The
department shall provide to the public notice of the proposed rulemaking as
required by Section
14-4-5.2 NMSA 1978.
B. If the commission changes the date of the
public rule hearing or shortens the deadline for submitting comments as stated
in the notice, the department shall provide notice to the public of the change
as provided above.
